Everyday I would fight against depression. If you suffer from anxiety or depression, you may have some idea of what it takes for me to rise and shine ☀️every morning. I hid from society to build myself back up to fight another day. I would have loved to just escape society and not deal with it's sorrows. I found I was most at peace when I was alone but your sorrows are mine and I have to fight for you everyday, the same way I have to fight for my daughter because she too will inherit this mess of a world if we don't change it and that is what saddens me the most.
The things I share are what I find helpful when I want to give up. I hope you know you are not alone, I hope my sharing encourages you not to give up because encouraging you is the only thing that really keeps me going.
Sunny shades of yellow are the perfect thing to cheer you up on a bad day, so if you're feeling down, wearing yellow could help perk you back up. Yellow is also associated with intelligence and inspiration, so wearing something yellow on the day of your big final exam might help you come up with some extra answers.
