Everyday I would fight against depression. If you suffer from anxiety or depression, you may have some idea of what it takes for me to rise and shine ☀️every morning. I hid from society to build myself back up to fight another day. I would have loved to just escape society and not deal with it's sorrows. I found I was most at peace when I was alone but your sorrows are mine and I have to fight for you everyday, the same way I have to fight for my daughter because she too will inherit this mess and that is what saddens me the most. The things I share are what I find helpful when I want to give up. I hope you know you are not alone, I hope my sharing encourages you not to give up because encouraging you is the only thing that really keeps me going.
